  20. Well, my year long campaign to get teh University to consider LW for teh 
  21. new SGI lab finally paid off..A teacher called me up today and said he 
  22. had ordered a demo SGI LW from XOS today :)..

  24. It'd be great to get LW in the lab..then i could transfer my animations 
  25. to 16mm or 35 mm film when the lab opens :)..ahhh the glory of getting 
  26. away from the video medium :)

  28. So I urge any other students to not be afraid. Go out there and show 
  29. off your best stuff to the universities or professors who are head of 
  30. departments...in all my credits i always pt in large letters..Made with 
  31. Lightwave 3D..and let it last for 2 seconds..that's if the animation gets 
  32. out to a festival or school show.

  34. Let them know that the SGI LW demo is available too via Xaos tools a full 
  35. version..or a crippled version on the SGI hotmix CD's.
